- Should have 0 to 6 months of experience in International Voice process preferably Banking
- Should possess good listening skills to understand customers requirement over the phone
- Clarify and confirm the customer requirements or problem in a minimal time frame
- Ability to handle customer escalations
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Comfortable working in Night shift
- Excellent in understanding and explaining things quickly
- Comfortable in field sales and marketing
- Good convincing power.
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Good Team Leader
- Should be able to solve problems and provide solutions.
- Ability to manage customer expectations
- Experience communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders in the delivery of features
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Experience with Agile development practices (Scrum, continuous integration etc...)
- Strong analytical skills and algorithms knowledge
